Being retained by a client is an honor. We never lose sight of the fact that clients have choices. Because our business development model is based on client referrals, we live or die on the goodwill of our clients.

We understand that we aren't right for every client, any more than every client is right for us. We also know the critical importance of telling clients the truth, even when it's not necessarily what they want to hear.
