When we launched McGinn and Company's predecessor 25 years ago, we literally had NO experience. We also had no clients. What we had in abundance was passion, creativity, a desperate desire to succeed and a determination to serve the best interests of clients.
A quarter of a century later we still think and act like a start-up firm. We are confident in our ideas and values but we haven't become comfortable with our status. We still have an unrelenting desire to serve and we want to make a meaningful difference for clients on issues that truly matter.
What we have today that we didn't have in 1987 is a record of unmatched experience. We have been privileged to work with more than 500 clients, including nearly 40 percent of the Fortune 100. Our work has taken us into boardrooms, courtrooms and news rooms all across the nation, and around the world. Not surprisingly, we have been tested in every imaginable way by a long line of demanding, conscientious clients. It is said that an individual can have 25 years of experience, or one year of experience 25 times. We have definitely had 25 unforgettable years of experience. We believe we have learned important lessons from every case, and we try our best to apply this collective knowledge to each new assignment.
